Cohere Expands Canadian Footprint with New Ottawa Office
Blog post from Cohere
Cohere is opening its first Ottawa office near Lansdowne Park to support its nearly 30 regional employees and expand collaboration with customers, partners, institutions, and public-sector organizations. The company cites Ottawa’s technical talent, research institutions, technology history, AI community, and proximity to federal decision-makers as key reasons for the investment. The office follows Cohere’s naming-rights partnership for the Cohere Centre and forms part of its wider strategy to grow Canadian AI talent, commercialize advanced AI globally, and promote secure, sovereign AI solutions from Canada.
