Summary

Cloudflare has introduced support for writing Cloudflare Workers in 100% Rust without requiring any JavaScript knowledge. The worker crate, available on GitHub and crates.io, enables Rust developers to run code inside the V8 WebAssembly engine. This new feature simplifies the developer experience by providing an ergonomic HTTP framework, fetch functionality, a router, easy-to-use HTTP features, Workers KV stores and Durable Objects, secrets, environment variables, and more. The worker crate is open source, and feedback is welcome.
