Red October: CloudFlare’s Open Source Implementation of the Two-Man Rule

Cloudflare has developed an open-source service called Red October, which implements a "two-man rule" to protect sensitive data. The two-man rule is a security protocol that requires at least two individuals to perform critical or secure actions. In the context of Red October, this means that no one individual can decrypt sensitive data alone; instead, they must delegate their credentials to the server for a period of time.
