Introducing Flarability, Cloudflare’s Accessibility Employee Resource Group

Cloudflare introduces its newest Employee Resource Group (ERG), Flarability, which focuses on accessibility for people with disabilities. The group began as a conversation between colleagues who noticed the need for more inclusive workspaces and has grown to provide resources, support, and advocacy for employees with disabilities. Flarability's mission is to curate and share information about disabilities, create a community space for those with disabilities and their allies, and guide Cloudflare's accessibility programs. The group has partnered with the company's Places Team to ensure that future office spaces are designed with inclusivity and accessibility in mind. Members of Flarability share personal stories about how workplace accessibility initiatives have impacted them and emphasize the importance of self-advocacy for individuals with disabilities. The group plans to continue growing its membership, supporting company initiatives, and collaborating with other ERG leaders from various companies.
