This led to telephone and internet service outages for local residents that lasted two days. According to traffic flow data from Cloudflare, services operated on battery power for over five hours after the explosion before experiencing a dramatic drop at 1748 UTC. Service began recovering on December 27th at 1822 UTC, with normal traffic flows resuming and no further disruptions reported.
