Firewall Rules - Priority and Ordering

Cloudflare has introduced a new feature allowing customers to change the ordering of their firewall rules. This enhancement was made in response to user feedback regarding the default precedence of rules and the need for more control over rule execution order. Customers can now choose between two methods - Priority Numbering, which is useful for managing large numbers of rules or using API/Terraform configurations, and Drag and Drop Ordering, which has a 200-rule limit.
