Detecting zero-days before zero-day

Cloudflare has implemented a machine learning classifier for detecting web application attacks, which augments their existing signature-based system. The new classifier generates a WAF Attack Score ranging from 1 to 99, with lower scores indicating higher probability of malicious activity. This score is available to all business and enterprise users, providing instant zero-day mitigation for novel attack vectors without the need for manual intervention.
