Cloudy Summarizations of Email Detections: Beta Announcement

Initial challenges with Cloudy included "hallucinations," where the model generated inaccurate information, but these were mitigated through safeguards like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and enhanced model context. Testing now shows Cloudy provides stable and clear explanations for email detections, and Cloudflare is running a beta program to ensure accuracy before wider implementation. Additionally, Cloudflare offers a Retro Scan tool for free, allowing organizations to scan existing emails for threats and implement further security measures, even if they are not Cloudflare customers.
