The goal is to make it easier for developers to create interactive applications without needing extensive knowledge of WebRTC protocols. RealtimeKit focuses on developer experience, providing APIs tailored to common implementation patterns and handling device enumeration, permission requests, and UI rendering across platforms. The platform also integrates with AI providers like ElevenLabs, enabling seamless real-time AI communication. With RealtimeKit, developers can now implement complex real-time experiences in hours, not weeks, and are encouraged to try out the closed beta version for early access.
