Detect and send production issues straight to your agent
Blog post from Cloudflare
Cloudflare has introduced Issues, an open-beta error-monitoring feature for Workers that automatically groups recurring exceptions, HTTP 5xx responses, error logs, and other failures into consolidated incidents with diagnostic context such as stack traces, logs, traces, request data, Worker versions, and frequency trends. Enabled through a single configuration setting without additional SDKs or instrumentation, it can also detect conditions including runaway alarms and excessive loop-generated logging. Developers can enrich issue data with user, account, and session identifiers through the Workers runtime’s OpenTelemetry API, helping identify affected application contexts. Through Cloudflare Automations, Issues can send incident summaries to coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Devin, generic webhooks, or team communication and incident-management tools, while Cloudflare MCP can provide agents with access to related telemetry for deeper investigation and pull-request generation. Cloudflare reports that internally testing Issues on its Workflows platform surfaced and helped resolve a migration retry-loop bug and an incomplete deletion process caused by subrequest limits, and users can begin by enabling Issues in wrangler.jsonc and configuring an automation destination.
