A Better Internet with UN Global Compact

In 2020, Cloudflare joined the UN Global Compact (UNGC) and released its first Communication on Progress report, detailing how it is integrating UNGC principles across its company to help build a better Internet. The Ten Principles of the UNGC include human rights, environmental sustainability, labor protections, and anti-corruption, derived from related UN treaties. Cloudflare is committed to helping advance all 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on SDG 5 for gender equality and empowering women, as well as SDG 13 for urgent action against climate change. The company has achieved 100% renewable energy usage in its network and is working to remove or mitigate all historic greenhouse gas emissions associated with powering its network by 2025.
