Agents can now set up your website’s security with Turnstile Spin
Blog post from Cloudflare
Cloudflare has introduced Turnstile Spin, an agent-mediated workflow that helps users install, repair, or migrate to its free, privacy-focused CAPTCHA alternative, Turnstile. Standard Turnstile integration requires placing a client-side widget on a website and validating its token through the Siteverify API on the backend, but Spin enables coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to identify relevant code, propose changes for approval, and implement both steps within the user’s own codebase. Spin supports new installations, recovery of widgets lacking server-side validation, and migrations from other CAPTCHA systems, while Cloudflare retains only the newly created Turnstile widget and does not receive application code. Available through the Cloudflare dashboard, Wrangler, or a public agent skill URL, the feature responds to growing demand for accessible bot protection amid wider AI-assisted application development. Since its July release, Spin has reportedly created more than 65,000 widgets successfully and generated over 30,000 copied prompts.
