API Endpoint Management and Metrics are now GA

The Internet relies on Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for the constant exchange of information between computers. With more than half of traffic handled by Cloudflare being for APIs, it is crucial to manage and protect these endpoints. To address this need, API Shield has been expanded into a full API Gateway. Today, the ability to save, update, and monitor the performance of all your API endpoints is generally available to API Shield customers. This includes key metrics like latency, error rate, and response size that provide insights into the overall health of API endpoints. The new features aim to empower developers with data-driven decisions for better management of their APIs.
