Web3 Services: September 2024 Updates

With the integration of Arbitrum, Circle's products such as Programmable Wallets, Gas Station, and Smart Contract Platform can now leverage this Layer 2 solution on Ethereum, which supports up to 40,000 transactions per second, offering builders scalable and cost-effective transaction processing for various applications.
