Circle Internet Financial has joined both the TRUST and Global Travel Rule (GTR) networks, allowing it to access a broader range of Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) and support jurisdiction-agnostic, compliant digital-asset transfers. This integration enhances Circle's existing efforts to comply with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Travel Rule by adding another channel for secure data exchange, strengthening its compliance infrastructure with key relationships and ensuring secure cross-border flows for USDC transactions. Mandeep Walia, Circle's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, emphasized the company's commitment to evolving global standards, while Noah Perlman of Binance and Jack Wong of the Global Travel Rule network highlighted the significance of Circle's participation in bolstering a secure, interoperable digital asset ecosystem.
