Circle Account is now Circle Mint

Circle Internet Financial has announced that its platform, formerly known as Circle Account, will now be called Circle Mint, a name that emphasizes its focus on enabling enterprises and large-scale distributors to mint and redeem USDC and EURC stablecoins directly from the source. The rebranding will not affect existing account details or ongoing transactions, and users can expect the same level of trust and reliability. Circle Mint offers a suite of enterprise features, including advanced user roles, authentication capabilities, and reporting functionalities, and provides global access to stablecoins in over 80 countries through various banking transfers. The platform supports seamless and near-instant global transactions backed by blockchain technology, with integration options available via web UI or APIs. While Circle Mint facilitates money transmission services, it clarifies that it is not a bank, and funds are not insured by typical banking assurances. Circle continues to innovate in the financial sector to enhance the accessibility, inclusivity, and efficiency of money movement worldwide.
