The Merchant Dashboard simplifies tasks like processing refunds and exporting transaction reports in CSV format for auditing and tax purposes. It also includes fraud management capabilities to block or allow specific transactions based on various identifiers, enhancing security with multi-factor authentication and multi-user access.
