Summary

We're happy to introduce groups in Checkly, which enables workflow enhancements and opens up a range of possibilities for organizing checks. You can start grouping checks by adding them to a group and configuring properties that apply to all the checks in the group. This includes data center locations, alert settings, and environment variables. Groups also enable you to configure API check defaults, such as protocol, host, and initial path, which can be inherited by all API checks in the group. With groups, you can trigger a suite of E2E tests in your CI/CD pipeline and control concurrency settings to run checks one after another or concurrently. Additionally, groups provide features like setup and teardown scripts, assertion checks, and headers and query parameters that define authorization tokens. We encourage users to give us feedback through our chat bubble or at [email protected].
