I use Trello for product development and focus on short and long term goals, while Reminders is used for day-to-day business development tasks that require less planning and more outward focus. My Trello board has a Kanban-style layout with columns for backlog, selected, TODO, DOING, and DONE, which helps me prioritize tasks and maintain a clear overview of my work. I also use Reminders to stay on top of customer interactions, follow-ups, and tasks that require less planning, such as filing bills or reviewing articles. By using these two tools in conjunction with other productivity tools like AWS and Intercom, I'm able to balance my focus between product development and business development.
