The core infrastructure of Web3, including blockchains, smart contracts, and oracles, supports accurate reporting, automated incentives, and interconnected applications. This is exemplified by projects like Liquidstar, which provides solar-powered smart batteries to remote communities; the Open Earth Foundation, which uses blockchain to develop robust carbon markets; and Arbol, which offers parametric crop insurance to farmers using smart contracts and reliable climate data. These initiatives demonstrate Web3's capacity to deliver scalable and transparent solutions, particularly in emerging markets, offering new ways to address challenges that traditional methods could not.
