CartoDB is releasing a major update on November 29th, which will result in a 6-hour downtime for users' dashboards. Despite the downtime, maps and visualizations will remain accessible. The update includes several new features, such as Torque, which can be accessed within the CartoDB interface. A significant refactor has also been made to enable easier and safer visualization building. The platform will be closely monitored after the release, with support available at `[email protected]`.
