Reorganized pipeline settings

Buildkite has introduced a revamped Pipeline Settings interface designed to simplify the management of pipelines. The new layout features a navigation sidebar that allows users to quickly access specific sections without lengthy scrolling. Source control settings, including webhook setup instructions for services like GitHub and GitLab, have been relocated to a dedicated section for easier configuration. Additionally, users can now manage build schedules directly within the pipeline settings, alongside existing API options, enabling more flexible scheduling of tasks such as nightly builds or daily operations. The pipeline steps are prominently placed in the navigation to facilitate quick iteration and setup of new pipelines.
