This feature aims to improve communication, increase transparency, and save time for hackers, while enabling faster access to insights from hackers for Bugcrowd customers. The new standard replaces the old cycle of miscommunication, where comments would go unread or unaddressed, leading to frustration for everyone involved. With Request a Response, communication is streamlined and smooth, allowing hackers to directly request additional information or ask questions, which are then addressed within a specific timeframe.
