The West Midlands region of the United Kingdom has launched a free program using no-code technology like Bubble to drive economic growth and innovation, becoming the first region in the world to do so. The Supertech program, funded by the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP), teaches business professionals how to build web apps without code, using Bubble's platform. This is a more affordable solution compared to traditional programming bootcamps, which cost around £8,000 per person. The program aims to teach people no-code tools and has already seen success with its pilot program of 30 people, now expanding to a hundred more opportunities. The UK program runs for 6 weeks, teaching lessons on the Lean Startup Method and how to build a fully functioning prototype using Bubble's no-code web app builder.
