Dream Day is an online wedding planner app created by Harry and Rachel Brown, co-founders who experienced difficulties with wedding planning after their own 2018 wedding. They built Dream Day using Bubble's no-code platform to create a web app that provides tools such as checklists, budgets, and timelines for engaged couples in New Zealand. The app allows users to access their planner and tools, edit checklist items, and use an online marketplace of vendors to find the perfect vendor for their wedding. The founders discovered no-code tools like Bubble after being left with an unfinished project by a previous developer and have been working on creating their web app themselves. They chose Bubble due to its complexity and functionality needed for users, and have successfully launched phase one of their MVP rollout and overcame several challenges along the way.
