Benchm△rq is a platform that allows employees to safely discuss and provide feedback on life-at-work issues such as well-being, diversity, equity, inclusion, work-life balance, engagement, etc., with the goal of making it easy for employees and employers to discuss sensitive societal issues. The app is safe for both employees and employers, with anonymous answers stored securely and poll results only accessible within a company. Benchm△rq was developed on Bubble, a no-code platform that allowed its founder Patrice Bonfy to build a fully operational first version of the app in approximately two months, which has already gained traction with partners and HR professionals eager to try it out. The future plans for the app include marketing and adding new features based on user feedback, with a launch planned for March 15th.
