Workflow, simplified: the all new Box Relay

Box has introduced a reimagined version of Box Relay, aiming to enhance workflow automation centered around content within enterprises. This updated tool is designed to handle various content-driven processes, from simple approval flows to complex parallel workflows, using a flexible 'if this then that' automation engine. With more than 20 event-trigger options and diverse outcomes, Relay supports sequential and parallel flows and allows for collaboration with external parties via email. It features a no-code builder for easy automation setup by both IT and business users, is integrated with Box's task service, and offers improved visibility and access controls through a comprehensive dashboard. Built on the Box Cloud Content Management platform, it benefits from advanced security, compliance features, and productivity integrations like Slack, O365, and DocuSign. Currently in private beta, the new Box Relay will be widely available by late June 2019, in both paid and free 'Lite' versions, promising enhanced efficiency, cost savings, and improved customer relationships.
