Welcoming our new EMEA leader, Sebastien Marotte

Sebastien Marotte has been appointed as the new President for Box EMEA, bringing over 30 years of experience in executive roles at prominent software companies like Google, Hyperion, and Oracle. Joining Box after a decade at Google Cloud, where he played a significant role in the growth of its EMEA operations and the launch of G Suite, Marotte is recognized for his leadership and integrity. Based in London, he plans to expand Box's presence across European markets as pandemic lockdowns ease. Marotte emphasizes the urgent shift to cloud services accelerated by the pandemic and sees Box as well-positioned to meet the increasing demand for secure cloud content management. Holding a Master's in Finance and Business from ESLSCA Business School Paris, Marotte also serves on the board of Temporall and will assume his role at Box on June 7th.
