Our 3rd Annual Box Impact Day: Doing more good together (virtually) this holiday season!
Blog post from Box
Box's 3rd Annual Global Impact Day saw over 1,000 employees, known as Boxers, from four continents engage in community service activities, both virtually and through innovative projects, to support three key focus areas: building a diverse tech pipeline, enabling nonprofit digital transformation, and being good neighbors. Despite the constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic, Boxers dedicated over 4,000 hours to volunteering and donated $40,000 to local nonprofits. Initiatives included virtual volunteering with nonprofits such as the Sydney Basket Brigade and Hands on Tokyo, providing career advice through platforms like Think of Us and Career Village, and implementing tech solutions like the Nonprofit Onboarding Welcome Kit. These efforts reflect Box's commitment to social responsibility and community engagement, with employees contributing their skills and time to make a positive impact.
