The Box plugin offers workflows for creating and managing secure virtual data rooms, reviewing client intake materials and generating engagement letters, and analyzing contracts for deviations and risk levels, with results stored as searchable Box metadata. Box is also exploring tools for managing outside counsel guidelines, allowing users to locate, compare, and summarize client-specific requirements. The integration retains Box permissions and content controls so that authorized users can apply AI to sensitive legal information while keeping documents organized and managed in Box.
