Introducing the new Bland dashboard
Blog post from Bland
Bland has rebuilt its platform around model-led agents, shifting from rigid pathways and personas to a single agent architecture in which an agent node manages conversations and selectively uses pathways, tools, and knowledge resources. Pathways remain available for tightly controlled tasks such as disclosures and identity verification, but smarter models can now handle unexpected questions, tangents, and edge cases without requiring extensive branching logic. The updated platform also unifies voice, SMS, webchat, and API channels; improves support for coding agents; and adds A/B testing, branded caller identity, enhanced analytics, agent evaluations, and post-call analysis. All production pathways and personas must be migrated to the new agent builder by November 15, while existing agents will continue operating until traffic is moved after testing. Enterprise customers will be migrated by implementation partners, while self-service customers can use tools to migrate with a coding agent, migrate and upgrade, or migrate existing configurations unchanged.
