AI interviews increased successful onboardings by 18% and job offers by 12%, while retention rates saw a 17% boost compared to human-led processes. The technology enables asynchronous interviews and reduces bias, allowing HR teams to focus on other tasks by automating resource-intensive aspects of the hiring process.
