Q3 2026 Product Update
Blog post from Bitrise
Bitrise’s Q3 updates focus on reducing mobile software delivery bottlenecks as AI-assisted development increases the volume of code entering build, test, and release pipelines. Bitrise CI introduced expanded Desktop App support for GitHub merge queues, online modular configuration editing, an AI configuration assistant in beta, quota-free Linux utility builds in beta, Jira integration, Swift Testing quarantine support, and certificate expiry data in its API. Bitrise Insights added open-beta API access and MCP integration so analytics on build performance, failures, and flaky tests can be consumed by BI tools and AI agents. Build Hub, which accelerates GitHub Actions workloads using Apple Silicon and high-core Linux runners, became self-service with a trial and added spending limits, flexible resource allocation, and compute monitoring. Build Cache gained AI-guided setup, enhanced React Native and GitHub Actions support, broader reporting, clearer cache health indicators, and improved Bazel failure details. Remote Dev Environments became generally available, providing on-demand cloud machines for developers and coding agents with CI-compatible infrastructure, device testing, archival, and connections through several development tools. Release Management added account-free external tester groups, while CodePush introduced smaller delta updates, code signing, and a CI publishing step for React Native over-the-air updates.
