Announcing release 2024.12: Happy Holidays!

The authentik team is releasing version 2024.12, which brings several exciting new features and improvements. The release includes a compact new redirect stage that allows for dynamic determination of flow context and external static URL redirects, as well as application entitlements that provide more granular access control to specific apps. Additionally, the release introduces an AWS CloudFormation template for 1-click deployment to AWS, OAuth2 provider federation, silent authorization flows, and several other enhancements. Users are advised to check the Release Notes for changes that may require new behavior, such as impersonation requiring a reason and deprecated PostgreSQL settings.
