The Bicep Heart Trend, Explained: How to Do the Pose and How to Make It From One Photo With AI
Blog post from Atlas Cloud
The bicep heart is a TikTok pose trend in which a person flexes one arm and curls the other hand against the upper arm and fist to create a heart-shaped gap, typically performed in a seven-second, one-take video with a smile, flex, and held pose. It gained traction in late October and early November 2026 through posts using a slowed original sound associated with the jersey club track “Wyw My Sweetie,” with several videos reaching millions of views. The key to making the shape recognizable is placing the free hand high on the bicep directly below the fist rather than near the elbow, and the pose can work with any arm size. The text also describes creating an AI version from a single photo by first generating a final still image of the completed pose, then using it as a last frame in an eight-second image-to-video workflow so the model animates between the original photo and the heart pose. While CapCut templates can add edits or create a static AI image, no identified TikTok filter or template automatically animates the movement, and variations include seated “sad” versions, arm close-ups, and two-person poses.
