AI video action scenes may feel slow not because of visual quality but because models often produce too few cuts in a 15-second clip, limiting tension and pacing. The proposed workflow addresses this by using GPT Image 2 to convert scripts into dense 16-cell storyboards with shot sizes, camera movement, rhythm notes, and action beats, then using Seedance 2.0 to generate video that follows the storyboard. In an A/B comparison using the same script, character sheet, and scene reference, the storyboard-guided version reportedly produced roughly four times the cut density and resembled a trailer rather than a static character demonstration. The approach also tested character consistency with an asymmetrical cyber-tactical character and expanded to a two-fighter duel, where GPT Image 2 generated character, environment, and choreography concepts in a single composition. Rather than pursuing identical style across all models, the workflow assigns script and shot planning to GPT Image 2, scene concepting to Nano Banana 2, and action rendering to Seedance 2.0, with AtlasCloud presented as a single API platform for accessing the models and reducing integration overhead.
