The tool requires no account, watermark, or apparent size reduction in the tested 6000×3375 image, though soft shadows, glows, and vector-file needs remain limitations. Clean source images—flat, evenly lit plain paper with dark ink and no shadows, printed lines, or saturated backgrounds—improve results and reduce colored edge artifacts. Microsoft Word can remove backgrounds with manual keep/remove markings for thin strokes, while Canva offers a simpler paid background-removal option with file-size and output-resolution constraints. Finished PNGs can be placed over text in Word, Google Docs, or PDFs if importing applications preserve transparency, and users should test them against dark or colored backgrounds. An inserted signature image may qualify as an electronic signature under broad U.S. federal definitions when used with intent, but document acceptance depends on the recipient and applicable rules, while the reusable file itself should be stored securely.
