The service emphasizes data security, requiring user approval for operations, and does not default to training on client data. Additionally, Anthropic has partnered with organizations like PayPal to offer an AI fluency course for small businesses, underscoring a commitment to making AI accessible and beneficial for these enterprises. The Claude SMB Tour will further promote AI fluency through hands-on workshops across multiple U.S. cities, while collaborations with nonprofits and Community Development Financial Institutions aim to support and fund small business growth through innovative AI solutions.
