Donating the Model Context Protocol and establishing the Agentic AI Foundation

The donation is part of a commitment to ensure MCP remains open-source, community-driven, and vendor-neutral, aligning with the Linux Foundation’s mission of fostering sustainable open-source ecosystems through neutral stewardship.
