Accenture and Anthropic launch multi-year partnership to move enterprises from AI pilots to production

Accenture and Anthropic have expanded their partnership to form the Accenture Anthropic Business Group, aimed at facilitating the transition of enterprises from AI pilots to full-scale deployment. This collaboration positions Anthropic as a strategic partner with Accenture, involving training approximately 30,000 Accenture professionals on Anthropic's AI model, Claude, to create a large ecosystem of practitioners. The partnership includes a new joint offering that centers on Claude Code, which dominates over half of the AI coding market, to enhance enterprise software development by improving productivity, reducing development cycles, and accelerating product releases. The companies are also focusing on regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, and the public sector, leveraging Claude's capabilities to automate compliance and streamline operations while maintaining strict security and governance. The alliance is built on shared values of responsible AI, with plans to co-invest in a Claude Center of Excellence and integrate Claude into Accenture's Innovation Hubs for safe AI co-creation and prototyping.
