In 2023, the AI industry experienced significant growth with the launch of ChatGPT and increased investment in AI products. The Align AI Team had an exciting year as well, launching impaction.ai (later rebranded to Align AI), expanding their global footprint by opening a Bay Area office, and rebranding to better reflect their vision for personalized user experiences. They also launched Align Consulting to provide actionable insights to builders and expanded their team. Looking forward to 2024, the team plans to introduce new features, updates, and partnerships.
