Celebrating the Women of Aiven

During Women's History Month in March, Aiven celebrated the contributions of women within their company by sharing inspiring stories on LinkedIn. The company also sponsored FemTechConf, a community-driven organization that empowers women and gender non-conforming individuals in tech. Aiven is dedicated to creating an inclusive and safe environment for all employees through initiatives like Lift, one of their Employee Resource Groups focused on supporting and encouraging women at the company.
