Announcing Aiven for Valkey 9 and Multi-Version Support

Aiven has announced significant updates for Aiven for Valkey, including support for the new Valkey 9 and the introduction of multi-version support, aiming to enhance data control and upgrade flexibility. Valkey 9 brings major improvements in throughput and memory optimization, featuring hash field expiration to manage data more efficiently, zero-copy and prefetching for pipelined requests with significant throughput gains, and Multipath TCP to reduce network latency. Multi-version support now allows users to run multiple concurrent Valkey versions, providing the flexibility to test new features or maintain stability across environments. Users can choose the latest versions when creating or upgrading services through the Aiven Console, and these updates are available for both standalone and clustered modes.
