Airwallex’s October updates expand global finance, payment, billing, expense, and platform-management capabilities, with a focus on AI-driven commerce and centralized business operations. The new Agentic Commerce Suite gives merchants early access to tools for making product catalogues discoverable to AI agents, accepting agent-led payments, and handling disputes, while payments enhancements include Google Pay direct checkout, Cartes Bancaires support for eligible merchants, and MB WAY for Portuguese shoppers. Billing users can now create multi-dimensional usage-based pricing through a single rate card, while Business Accounts adds Malaysian transfer routes through DuitNow IDs and RENTAS, higher-value Australian NPP and BECS payouts, and Vietnamese-language support. Spend updates introduce conditional expense submission forms, mobile mileage reimbursement claims, product-specific accounting fields, and more flexible approval routing.
