New at Airwallex: April Edition

Airwallex’s April releases introduce tools designed to simplify reconciliation, approvals, payments, and spend management across international operations. All customers can now use the Balance Snapshot Report for consolidated end-of-day account and currency balances, while the WebApp and mobile app add Japanese, Korean, and Mexican Spanish language support. Organisation-level transfer approval workflows now allow central management across accounts, bulk approval of changes, and configurable approver requirements. Payment updates add JKOPay for Taiwanese shoppers and ShopeePay and SPayLater for Singaporean customers, broadening local wallet and buy-now-pay-later options. Spend enhancements include an AI Assistant that drafts and explains approval workflows using natural language, user nudges for outstanding expenses and approvals, and the generally available Expense Policy Agent for automated policy enforcement. Airwallex also enables MXN direct billing for cards issued from the US and Singapore, allowing Mexican peso transactions and limits to be managed directly through an MXN Wallet to help reduce foreign-exchange costs.
