Blog post from Airwallex
Airwallex’s latest release adds payment, business-account, expense-management, platform, and developer-tooling updates intended to improve operational flexibility and efficiency. Payments enhancements include manual fund capture for Shopline, an upcoming TWINT local payment method in Switzerland, and a beta automatic currency conversion option in selected markets that lets shoppers pay in local currencies while merchants receive original transaction amounts in settlement currencies without FX markups. Business Accounts gains bulk mobile transfer approvals, expanded local payout options through Hong Kong FPS Proxy IDs and Singapore FAST PayNow IDs, and planned EUR and GBP global-account capabilities including direct debit payouts, while Airwallex Pay is expected to enable instant free wallet-to-wallet transfers. Spend updates introduce delegated expense submissions, multi-select NetSuite custom fields, and clearer bill resyncing with accounting providers. The Issuing platform now supports dynamic billing currency, initially ILS in Israel, and a new JavaScript reference site centralizes Payments integration documentation, with further modules planned.
