Introducing Connected Account Console: a unified operational solution for embedded finance

Embedded finance, which integrates payments and financial services directly into platforms, is projected to grow from US$264 billion in 2021 to US$606 billion by 2025, but platform teams often face operational obstacles such as limited account visibility, slow KYC and information-request processes, and insufficient insight into user balances and activity. Connected Account Console is a newly launched centralized web portal intended to address these issues by giving platform operations teams a self-service dashboard for viewing and managing connected accounts. The tool provides real-time onboarding tracking, including KYC and pending Requests for Information, and allows teams to respond to certain requests on users’ behalf to reduce delays. It also offers real-time and historical balance data to help platforms better understand account activity and tailor services. Its first phase is available to all platform customers, with future additions planned for conversion and transfer transactions and Global Account visibility.
