What’s New in Aerospike 3.11?

Aerospike has released version 3.11 of its key-value database, which includes hybrid memory improvements for greater performance and scale, as well as crucial enterprise features such as transport encryption with key validation. The new optimizations in the release further improve performance on a wide variety of hardware, including the latest Intel CPUs and high capacity SSDs. Additionally, Aerospike now supports TLS 1.2 between client and server, as well as across geographic domains, for deployment environments that require transport encryption. The Rust client has been introduced in beta version, and other improvements include support for IPv6, Conflict resolution, and Performance enhancements. Future releases will introduce several new features such as improved Paxos clustering algorithms, addition and removal of namespaces without downtime, and incremental backup and restore.
