Summary

Aerospike 4.7 is the first commercial database to support Intel® Ethernet 800 Series with Application Device Queues (ADQ), which significantly increases performance by more than 75%. ADQ allows applications to define tailored rules for sorting packets into device queues, offloading the host processor and reducing latency. Aerospike's workload involves many clients sending database requests to the server, and with ADQ, network traffic is equally spread across CPU cores, contributing to lower latency, increased response time predictability, and higher throughput. Additionally, new features have been released to further optimize database operations, including filtering for all operations, independent scans, a new background scan/query type, delete as an operation, and removal of transaction queues.
