Secure, User-Friendly Auth0 Migration at Activeloop

Activeloop is enhancing its security measures by transitioning to Auth0, an authentication and authorization platform, on February 10th, necessitating a scheduled downtime of three hours. This shift aims to improve user experience and secure access to the platform. Users who previously logged in via Google or GitHub SSO will transition automatically, while those who registered with an email and password will need to reset their passwords. Unverified email users must complete a verification process during the transition. Additionally, existing API tokens will be invalidated, requiring users to generate new tokens under the new system for continued API access. Activeloop is providing support to assist users through the migration process to ensure minimal disruption.
